Corporate History

AgriTec Systems was formed in 2000 as a Delaware holding company with two operating subsidiaries, AgriTec, Inc. and enviroLife, Inc. We acquired our listing on the TSX Venture Exchange by way of a merger in 2001. The Company is a public company traded under the symbol (AGR).

AgriTec, Inc. was formed in 1968 as a privately held Texas corporation and for the last forty-one (41) years has developed and owned patents for processes that exploit the unique characteristics of rice hull ash and other biomass materials.

enviroLife, Inc. was formed in 1996 as a privately held Delaware corporation and was exclusively licensed by AgriTec to produce and market fine-celled foam products for use as soilless growing media to propagate cuttings and seeds in horticulture and agriculture markets.
